Updated 19 October 2026The short version: Hourra records hours honestly, the data is yours, and the first 6 months are free.
The service
Hourra is a time clock for teams (owner and workers) and for people who work alone, made by Kompilo (kompilo.dev). It works offline and sends the hours when the phone has signal.
Free period and price
New accounts get 6 months free with every feature. Before the free period ends we tell you the price at least 30 days in advance. You can stop at any time and download your data.
Your responsibilities
Owners decide how the hours are used and must tell their workers that Hourra records their working time and the location at clock-in and clock-out.
Pay shown in Hourra is gross pay calculated from the hours and the rates you enter. Hourra does not calculate taxes.
Pro-formas made in Hourra are not fiscal invoices. Your official invoice must come from your tax system.
Honest records
Hours are never edited or deleted silently. A correction is a new entry approved by the owner; the original stays in the history.
Availability
We work to keep Hourra running and backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be down. Hours pressed while the service or the signal is down stay on the phone and are sent later.
